1 General Terms and Definitions

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ranex is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if a security check is needed.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have a sufficient balance before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing a bonus balance.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.

• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled.

• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

ranex reserves the right to modify the specific terms and benefits of VIP tiers.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Results

Fair play is ensured across all games on ranex. Game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology, which cannot be manipulated in any way. All games comply with the rules of the applicable software providers.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using any software bots or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Abusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to influence game results.

5.3 Technical Issues
